Please make sure that your question definitely needs an IRC Operator (oper) and can not be answered by anyone else before you alert the opers to ask your question.

If you are 100% sure that you need an oper, type "/join #operhelp" and then follow the instructions in the channel topic to let the opers know that you need their assistance.

Please remember to be polite and patient when speaking to opers as they are giving up their free time to help you.
